Initially, we started selling on eBay in 2022. While our profits were decent, the fees were astronomical. Despite this, we chose to persist on eBay because we couldn't disappoint our customers.

Whenever we received a negative review, we promptly contacted the customer to understand the issue and always found ways to resolve it, resulting in our 100% positive feedback score.

Unfortunately, eBay isn't favorable to sellers of digital items, and after approximately a year on their platform, we were suspended.
